✔ For hotel bookings, a valid hotel room number must be provided.
✔ Delhi Massage Centre may request ID verification for security purposes.

4. Payments & Fees

✔ Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online mode.
✔ Full payment must be made before the therapy session begins.
✔ Prices may vary by therapist, service, duration, and travel distance.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✔ Free cancellation if done 30 minutes before the appointment.
✔ Last-minute cancellations may require a partial service charge.
✔ No refunds once the service has been completed.

6. Therapist Safety & Behaviour

To ensure a safe working environment:

❌ No alcohol-induced or aggressive behaviour

Any violation will result in immediate service termination.
